The faster you inform us about the situation, the faster it will be solved (but no more than 24 hours from the moment of receiving feedback). 

A prerequisite for the consideration of claims is the provision of the following information: 

  • Your name
  • Delivery address (city, street, house and apartment/office number) 
  • The cafe where you placed your order 
  • The phone number that was specified as a contact number when ordering 
  • Composition of your order 
  • Check and/or its number 
  • The essence of the claim 
  • The product itself or photo 


What could be the reason for refusal in the analysis and decision on your claim: 

1. No one item (depending on the nature of the claim) 

2. Limitation period (claims concerning the quality of products are considered within a day from the date of receipt of the order)
